Using Internet Building Blocks

When kids want to create a beautiful building, they have to start with the building blocks. Kids start with one or two, but eventually put them altogether to form something great.

Well, if you are new to using the Internet, you might need to start with the blocks. You can learn the individual skills and practice putting them together to create something wonderful (new understandings, great lessons, excellent projects). Getting Onto the Internet

Learning Browsing Skills

Use these sites if you are new to the Internet and want to learn about how to use it and what you can do. These sites will take you step-by-step through using a browser and other aspects of being on the 'net, such as e-mail. They are self-paced, so you can move along as quickly or slowly as you like. You can also reread any sections that you don't understand.

Learning How to Search
